I don't remember much about the person... I just remember they had a cartoon/drawn avatar, of a lady with ginger hair, glasses, and a fedora.
I think the name they used was Hope McKenna, but I can't find a picture of the profile pic they used pretty much everywhere.
I used to have an account on sealion.club, and I know he was there, and was still pretending to be a woman at that point.

Considering the number of studios that still deserve our support keep restricting constantly, maybe it's time for a blanket rule. Just avoiding individual devs/publishers isn't efficient anymore, when you can buy a game, and the next week they turn woke on you, and end up feeling robbed and tricked out of your money.
