You didn't get the story of Bioshock. You can't decide in that moment because the story is literally about the guy you're playing NOT HAVING free will.

You might not like the revelation that you didn't have free will and might feel tricked and pissed about it, and that's good, cause that's exactly what the game is trying to achieve.

That's what I meant by Youtube itself is not a good way to find small channels. It's not recommending them to you anymore and searches might not favor them either.
You kinda have to go out of your way to oppose Youtube's programming to find smaller channels. It didn't use to he like that in early days.

I haven't noticed Youtube itself being a good way to find small channels in many many years. Maybe getting close to a decade since Youtube is more likely to recommend already established channels than small ones. At least that's how it's been for me.
I don't think Youtube really gives random stuff anymore. Without any clue on what you like, it probably just defaults to general trends in your country, which is definitely not random.

Try to search some stuff you're interested in too. Recommendations can only go so far by themselves if youtube doesn't have enough ideas of what you might like.
For instance Youtube will never give you videos of people skydiving if you never searched or opened a video of people skydiving.
Sometimes it does recommend videos based on trends in your geographical location, but those can be few and far between. And they'll probably suck anyway.

I usually choose "not interested in this" instead of "don't recommend this channel". It should be better at avoiding similar content from multiple similar channels.

A few that come to mind for me: Portal, a lot of Final Fantasy games are full of female lead characters, Heroes of Might and Magic games have plenty campaigns centered around women, StarCraft has Kerrigan, and there are always more niche games like Clive Barker's Jericho that have more "diversity" in them than these jackasses' work spaces.
