She's a great little sister. Side character. Her brother is a main character.

There's an associated manga too, that apparently focuses on assassination as a theme.

Are people not aware that vaccination cards/passports aren't a new thing? Try traveling to Africa/Middle East/Asia, and you'll discover you'll need to get certain vaccines and some kind of medical card to certify you got those vaccines. This has been a thing for decades.

Yes. Perfectly normal.
Hair has a natural length limit it reaches. When it reaches it, as a means to regenerate itself, individual hair strands will start falling so they can be replaced by fresh healthy ones.
When you cut your hair short, naturally you're not gonna see much of this phenomenon.
