@Mombi
Don't think we need to have them tattooed. They're already giving more than enough signals on twitter.

There's some truth to "my body my choice", but also there's also a particular limit I want to discuss.

Leaving the obvious controversial happening aside, things like tattoos or other body modifications and surgeries also fall under "my body my choice", but that doesn't mean I like any of them. Yes, it's "your body your choice" because I can't physically stop you from doing dumb shit. Even if I could prevent you from doing shit to yourself, I might simply not want to, because I can have a clear sign of who is a shitty person I don't want in my life. If you insist on marking yourself, for the world to see on the outside, how vile you are on the inside, who am I to stop you?

It's your body your choice, but don't you dare think you're entitled to my respect.

My ideal abortion law, more or less.
- no later term abortions. Let "the science" come to a consensus on when in the pregnancy the fetus' neurons are developed enough to start feeling pain, and have that as the cut off point.
Obvious exceptions:
- medical cases, with the caveats: it needs a doctor, different than the one doing the procedure, to sign off on it being necessary to save the life of the mother; and all reasonable attempts must be made to try to save the life of the baby. Let the malpractice board decide what qualifies as "all reasonable attempts".
- rape/incest cases, but with the caveat that it needs to be reported to the police before hand. This is my biggest "must have" as it accomplishes multiple goals: it gives more incentive to women to report these crimes, thus taking away power from the feminists that claim rape is underreported; and once police start prosecuting the women that will obviously lie to get their abortions, it will eventually create an environment that punishes false rape allegations (this will be a really long term thing, but I think it will be worth it in the end).

You and Dave seemingly want to pretend that there aren't women out there that are completely horrible and that would abort a baby for only selfish reasons, not because they can't take care of it. Please don't be that kind of person that refuses to accept reality, just because it's not in their favor. You have plenty of cases of this in the US, and you can find them on twitter "shouting" their abortions.

As for my position on all this, I think abortions are highly immoral. The only thing that excuses it for me is if the parents are simply unfit to have the baby at that time, so socio-economical reasons. Wanting your precious career advancement is not that. It's selfish and inexcusable. That's not a valid reason for me. Same goes for "well I don't feel like it".
Rape and incest cases are pretty clear cut. You're traumatizing the women if you force her to carry. And medical necessities are again clear cut.

That being said, I wouldn't put a blanket ban on abortions. But that doesn't mean I'm gonna accept a woman that doesn't have a good reason for doing it.

@Pike
God bless twitter for the laughs it delivers, and god help the poor bastards that suffer from such debilitating mental retardation.

@dave @graf
I disagree with your interpretation. There are plenty of women that simply don't want to have the baby, without what we'd consider a valid reason (so not even for social/economic reasons).

@special-boy @LukeAlmighty
They probably are. I think there are hints of this even in the Codex. But honestly just the fact that mating with an Asari will always give birth to an Asari child is scary enough. That's basically a white supremacist's worst nightmare.

I've changed my mind. The guy is insane. He actually goes on a drug fueled conspiracy rant, that YouTube is rigging the Fallout videos search results.
Yes, I'm absolutely sure that YouTube's attention is focused on lore videos made around a mainstream game series that is becoming more tame and less edgy with each release. /s
