If people knew about the rampant degeneracy, the humiliation after WW1, the economic collapse, and the violent communist revolutions, and who was leading all of it, it's harder to paint the Nazis as the bad guys, and much harder to convince themselves it's not going to happen again

The economical collaps is widely accepted (although mostly in jokes, and noone is willing to connect the dots), but the degeneracy is new to me... (I'll read the articles after work)

Too much to be precise.
It explains, why are the Jews trying to drive civilization back to that point. Why you guys saw it, and even why are national socialists so obsessed with purity. (Even to a point, where in my point they are actually driving women away from classical marriages.)
