Dumb translator sticks one allusion to the tranny egg meme in The Hundred Line and that's enough to make a bunch of /v/ morons swear a vendetta against the game, I feel bad for Kodaka (one should be more worried about Uchikoshi's involvement than anything though)
@LittleTom I do not blame anyone but the tranny. You have to go nuclear on these things. Every time you accept one fabrication it justifies the next, and every time I swallow one "eh its fine i guess" i am always rewarded with some total fanfic later down the line.
@DrRyanSkelton There's just no escape from this stuff, if you want to support a foreign video game it's pretty much guaranteed there's gonna be trannies involved in the process of bringing it over here.
I'd prefer if people would just let it be known that they wish for the troonslator to be lynched.
@LittleTom @DrRyanSkelton Fair, though depending on how it was used, allusions to the tranny egg things are especially egregious, straight up pedophilic Groomer shit, not merely the standard lame and gay changes and additions we've gotten used to from trannylators.

Purityfags annoy me too plenty of times, but this times it sounds warranted. I also didn't know that Uchikoshi was so heavily involved in The Hundred Line, and that right there is pretty much by itself a dealbreaker unless some of /ourguys/ can vouch for the game - I learned my lessons from AI: The Somnium Files.
@ChristiJunior @DrRyanSkelton In this case it comes across more as a joke even in the localization - but I still think the choice of terminology was poor.

@LittleTom @ChristiJunior @DrRyanSkelton The way I interpret the original is he doesn't even see the other person being worth beating because they are a girl. The translation makes it look like, despite him being hot-headed, he actually respects women.

Besides the awkward "egg" reference, the translation also implies recognition of trannyism by saying "You sure you not really a dude?" The original shows contempt for the concept of a sex change.

But I do not know this story and the deeper context of the situation. Maybe before or after the characters said something that makes it clearer.
