@babylonbee I remember hearing about how Henry Ford payed the people who fixed his machines per hour in the break room (i.e. per hour that the machines were working) rather than per part fixed or something like that, in order not to incentive them to do a shoddy job so they would get payed again to fix it. Not sure how true that is.
