I used to do Halo LANs at my house every ~6 months as a teen. They were a blast

@MK2boogaloo @babylonbee ( ͡° ͜ʖ ͡°)

That's why I set up zerotier (still need to tweak more). Because I still want to put hours into WC3 maps.
@MK2boogaloo @babylonbee I might not be available on Saturday. Need to check some stuff tomorrow and get back to you. Which would be bad form because I promised to be here for #fvc every other week.

But that aside... 嫌だ. Any game that causes trouble gets dropped from fvc, especially paid, proprietary, Win-only games. They can be tested and fixed outside it before being reintroduced. fvc is for playing games, not debugging games. So that means Star Ruler 2 is out for now. And I just *know* WC3 is going to cause tons of trouble (VPN entry barrier), so I'm preemptively vetoing it.
On the other hand... I don't want to be the ruler of fvc, merely a coordinator. Someone you can rely on to be there every time. So I say "veto" but I don't want to even claim that power in the first place.
I think I'll reconcile it as "any timeslot I coordinate, these will be my rules; if you want other rules, set up new timeslots like I've been begging".

I have exactly 0 qualms about begging people to come play WC3 with me outside fvc during fvc though.
@Zerglingman @babylonbee so you can't come on Sat? Well shit what am I going to do now.

Alright then, WC3 some day this month. We'll see if we can beat the bot or not.
@MK2boogaloo @babylonbee I have arranged it, I will be here tomorrow for #fvc.
>Alright then, WC3 some day this month.
Yes.

>We'll see if we can beat the bot or not.
I don't play melee.
@Zerglingman @babylonbee just a heads up, I don't know if I can join tomorrow's game. Oh well we'll see how it goes tomorrow.

>I don't play melee

Whut?
@Zerglingman @babylonbee alright that's fine by me. Say, what about conducting a test either Monday or Wednesday?
@MK2boogaloo @babylonbee It's open invite. I always assume someone will showup unexpectedly.
@babylonbee It quit being fun like that when they put it all online and people stopped doing LANs
@babylonbee @Neigh-Sayer @babylonbee If I wanna have a lot of cheese I'd prefer a charcuterie board. I don't like when dishes with cooked cheese have too much of it, idk why. Goes for lots of things for me, not just pizza
@KonataWagner1066 @babylonbee >Charcuterie board.
I remember when some restaurant in France brought that out after dinner. What kind of place has cheese for desert
@babylonbee @Neigh-Sayer @babylonbee For me it was always a holiday thing I did with family. While prepping the main courses etc
