@babylonbee Oh no, Biden still has enough brain power to know male from female and he was not going NEAR Mister Dylan. I have watched Biden for decades and I am pretty sure he was calling Mister Dylan a bundle of sticks as soon as the room was cleared of cameras and outsiders.
