I guess when you think about it, Twitter was already the internet equivalent of a Designated Shitting Street, so having an Indian take over the site makes sense

Apparently a Tamil politician liked porn on his official account and it caused such a scandal and he just owned it like "ya I was horny, whatcha gonna do?" Also they regularly get into arguments about fucking dumb shit like chai or something.
