@K you have the human right to protect yourself against harm or tyranny by any means necessary.
You don't have the right to access convenient and unnecessary medical procedures.
I'm anti gun control and legislatively pro choice btw. I think it is amoral to get an abortion if a birth will not cause serious harm, but ultimately if it is outlawed people will still do it but in far less safe ways, which is one of the gun arguments too. The right to bear arms is still waaaay more important than the ability to get an abortion.
There is a big difference between a RIGHT and just the ability to do something without impedance. You don't have the right to be able to drink alcohol when you're 21, you have the ability to. You have the right to bear arms and to speak freely in the US because it is SUPPOSED to be guaranteed, not to be infringed on in ANY way. Same thing for citizens having the right to vote, although that is a civil right, not a human right. Abortion isn't even a civil right, it is an elective.
