@beatingu@Vasta218 i'd imagine it would be something like if the bank or whatever else doesn't comply with erasing the debt then they are fined until they do, something like that.
@beardalaxy@Vasta218 they said from Ukrainian banks and Russia is doing this. it just means they cant come and collect because its Russia now so the debs are still there. Russia just does it because they don't loose anything wait until its debts owed to Russia.
