@Nirty_Digger my gun exists to defend. if a tyrannical government physically forces me to do anything i wish not to do, only then i will use it to destroy.

otherwise, it's foolish to throw the rest of my life away because i'm dissatisfied with things that stem mainly from culture and society that is already a tide which is changing as division grows. the government is corrupt, absolutely, but no one person going and assassinating biden or pelosi or whoever the fuck will change that. you could wipe out everyone in the senate and it would just double down things like gun control, media criticizing "right-wing extremism" and trying to justify removing freedom of speech, and voters eating it all up and continuing to be mindless. the real war lies within the culture, changing the minds of people in order to change the minds of business to affect the people running the country since the main thing they care about is money.

even if on a small scale... you have much more power voting for local authorities than you do national ones. my hope would be that if the federal government pushes too many things that a lot of states completely disagree with, a secession would occur. something like that might end up being a war because the fed would not want to lose power, but only then would violence be necessary.

i'll kill my enemies if they come for me, but i will not seek them out. i think that's a sentiment for a lot of americans and it has been true since the beginning of the usa... the founding fathers didn't overthrow the king of england, they left and only fought when england resorted to violence. the natives were the first to attack the settlers. we were not really involved in world war 2 until japan hit pearl harbor and most americans never wanted to be involved at all.

call it gay if you want but you know damn well you wouldn't assassinate a politician you didn't like either.

like i said, what i see happening is most likely an eventual secession if things don't look up... but even though we are having shootings, the biden admin is horrible... you still have things like states being given power back, and a lot of states actually loosening up their gun control laws. things seem bleak because of who is currently in office and how he got there but that's not the whole picture. to waste your life (or anyone's life) only to make things worse for the people you were trying to help isn't glorious, it's reckless and immature.
