was going to try and stream tonight but the universe is saying no. well, specifically, john microsoft is saying no. i can't boot up my capture card because something else is apparently using it but i have no idea what.

process explorer doesn't find anything it's being used by. i guess at some point windows just fucked up the firmware or something and there hasn't been an update since 2014 so i now have a paper weight.
inb4 >windows, there is zero linux support for this capture card. not even 3rd party.
