@beardalaxy @Fever Yeah it is. the city itself has been covid free for sometime, no mask mandate. Mass testing doesnt expose them much more significantly than their day to day. Even if there are clusters, the test itself will expose them. Besides there isnt a better way to mass test 31 million people within a week.
Yes. It’s a control measure to keep people out of the super market. They’re obviously going to give this city a bunch of false positive PCR tests.
