is their domain down while their hosting server still functioning?

@MoeBritannica It's possible. If their DNS host dropped them you'd only know it when trying to query pawoo.net. If the record still exists in your cache and the server is still up then you'd be unaware that anything happened. Someone who knows the original IP could test it by adding pawoo.net to his hosts file and trying to connect. If it goes through then we know it's just the DNS host.
