Brought to you by the site that linked to a torrent of the Christchurch massacre that would share your IP address. The site that got blacklisted from cloudflare for being dangerous.

Remember. KiwiFarms stands for freeze peach. Jersh is a based lolbertarian. And you know he's a lolbertarian because he "jerks it to nekoshota."

@PonyPanda Torrenting by nature shares IPs; it’s widely accepted.

Though if you have a VPN that doesn’t have your personal information.. then it doesn’t matter.

Or you know; just download torrents of legal-to-distribute media from a Starbucks if you are worried, or use a proxy that might log your connection, but at least it’s slightly more inaccessible.
Ooooorrrr just use TOR (but please don’t make a habit of torrenting through TOR)

Everyone should know that torrenting exposes ips; if you didn’t, your a dumbass who shouldn’t use the internet.
@PonyPanda You made two bad faith arguments.

And you’re being a bitch because “it’s my time of the month”
We know you’re a woman; please stop acting like that gives you the right to be a disingenuous cunt to those around you
@Failure_Personified "hurr durr. shoulda had better opsec."

Same KiwiFag bullshit. Nothing particularly new or constructive.
@PonyPanda
Failure does raise a valid point though. IPs being revealed during P2P file transfer is a known thing. Most torrent client sites and torrent tracker sites will warn you and advise the use of a VPN to prevent your IP being seen by others downloading/uploading the file.

@PonyPanda @Awoo @Failure_Personified I'm not surprised people on KF would not know that torrenting showed your ip address
