@StonedPirate aukey mechanical keyboard (km-g12), blue switches.

i don't really have problems with the actual typing, but idk how fast LEDs typically go out but i've got 3 or 4 keys on here that have lost some of their colors. it isn't RGB, it has i think 7 colors you can switch between per-key. some of those colors have died so i've had to switch up the color scheme of the whole keyboard to make it look okay still xD but it took like 3 years for that to happen i think so, not too shabby i guess for a budget mechanical keyboard.

@StonedPirate you can tell the Esc key is green but it was originally cyan, that happened to a few of my other keys too so that's why i did the swap from cyan to red. and the Fn key just doesn't light up if you use a custom color scheme for some reason lol.

@StonedPirate also the software sucks ass. you can't manually edit keys in it, just select from presets. you can only manually edit keys by using the board's shortcuts, which seems like the opposite of how it should be. kind of nice that you don't NEED the software to do it, but it's also a pain in the ass.

@beardalaxy that's pretty good. I think leds last sometime, depends on how much they are used. I bought my keyboard back in 2018, the lights are still working and only one key is starting to get stuck. But that's why fault, I keep delaying to clean my system

@StonedPirate i know a lot of people have them shifting colors or pulsating on and off and stuff like that, mine are just on all the time so that could be why. i find any animation in my key lighting to be really annoying.

@beardalaxy: i walsy wanted that pulsating keys or the matrix display but solely for cosmetic purposes. my keyboard is also set to always on. my colors are set to one pair of tri colors and wont changes to other tri colors but its ok since i really need the baclit keys so i can see at night which is all the time

@StonedPirate thanks :) the print quality is way better than i expected.
