people said half life 2 gets better once you get to ravenholm
in fact, ravenholm is probably the only good part of the game so far imo
tbh it's reminiscent of duke nukem forever, except i had more fun with that game because it doesn't take itself seriously

bruh, the fucking turret defense sections. those and escort missions are two of my least favorite things in video games xD (the latter being why i will never play sh4 or re4)
big reason why i didn't like sunset overdrive, too. hunkering down and needing to focus more on maintaining/placing gear that is shooting the enemies for you, rather than you shooting the enemies yourself, is just not fun for me.
