if there was a machine that was capable of turning someone into the opposite sex, completely, including reproductory functions... Would you be against sex change still, if you are?

@MischievousTomato there will still be plenty of cognitive dissonance on a personal level due to living life as a male turning into a female, but at least it would be reversible and that's something more on a personal level than affecting the rest of society at large. I also don't think as many people would go through with it, or they would want to change back faster than the current standard of transgenderism.
@beardalaxy I think that true trannies would actually do it, and thus this would take a big stress off of society. Everyone wins! There would be some psychological issues at first due to changing, but nothing too bad
