@Paulo @Halo @Ronnie21093 @SuperSnekFriend @kilostere my roommate got very confused yesterday when he couldn't set images he had downloaded as his wallpaper.
They were all webp.
@Paulo @Halo @Ronnie21093 @SuperSnekFriend @kilostere it's supported in web browsers and they supply an extension for it in photos by default I believe, but it doesn't work for desktop wallpapers.
i understand they don't allow free and open source code but they can just implement the webp image format themselves by now
