Metroid Prime Remastered is pretty good so far. The only bad things I've noticed are the there is absolutely 0 anti-aliasing, and the GameCube controller support isn't *quite* there. It's so close, they could really officially support it just by changing a few things. The game looks gorgeous otherwise. There is a lot of extra geometry here and things look a lot better than just new textures. Although it really isn't THAT much better, which is a testament to how far Retro pushed the GameCube back in the day. The original still holds up pretty well today, controls aside.

Probably not worth $40, let's be real. I think $30 would have been a better price point. Then again, games are $70 now due to inflation so the ratio is still about the same. If you can find a way to play it though, maybe used or "borrowed from a friend," it's worth it if you wanna play on your Switch.

However, if you would rather play on your PC, check out PrimeHack. You won't be getting the updated visuals, BUT it does have dual stick as well as KBM controls that work pretty damn well.
