@heavens_feel d&d can't compete with jack shit right now lol. paizo sold 8 months worth of pathfinder in like 2 weeks. smaller companies are selling far more than they ever have as people are jumping ship.
@beardalaxy @beardalaxy Good. I would like to see more people seriously look into alternatives to D&D including Unisystem, BRP, Gurps, etc. These systems are faster to learn and develop material for, and might make Storytelling less onerous.

@heavens_feel my group will probably switch to pathfinder because there is a lot of stuff available all for free, and the pathbuilder character sheet maker is really good.
i'm also kind of making my own. idk if i'll finish it but it's called "magic, melee & mischief" and is very simple in its mechanics.
i was looking into shadow of the demon lord too, that seems pretty cool.
