@dave wait i'm not up to speed on this was the chinese balloon not actually a chinese balloon after all or was this another balloon that the government actually cared about quicker that turned out to be a hobby club balloon?
@beardalaxy The original balloon is still believed to have been a Chinese Spy Satellite, but this one was not.
