Resident Evil 4 doesn't need remake. The only ones that are excited about this are the retards on Twitter, that they're known for not buy/play games. Honesty game companies, and other businesses needs to stop listening to these people because they actually don't reflect the world.
@hellhammer666 a good chunk of my IRL friends are excited for it but they NEVER give a shit or even notice this kind of stuff. even when i tell them they're just not bothered by it at all.
@beardalaxy @hellhammer666 it's not just the censorship or changed character designs. They really modernized the gameplay as well. Gone are the days when you actually had to learn to play the game (or god-forbid get rewarded for doing just that). I heard all the remakes have a hidden difficulty scaling mechanic that makes zombies take a few more headshots to kill if you're too efficient with your ammo. The original lets you beat the game using nothing but your knife if you're good enough but they took that away as well (the remake knife has limited uses).

Yeah, the balance mechanic is basically zombies take more hits if you have more ammo and if you haven't taken damage or died it keeps scaling up. Iirc speed runners will take intentional deaths at points to make the game easier.
