Biden told the world that the Democrats will do anything in their power to stop Trump from running and becoming the next President.
“We just have to demonstrate that he will not take power. Um... By uh... if we uh... if he does run um... making sure he uh... under legitimate efforts of uhh... our Constitution... does not become the next President again.”

@TwistedEagle biden's voice is giving out, he can't talk loud enough for the two microphones in front to pick him up without noise/feedback so they have to give him another one to hold, which he is probably just weeks away from not being able to hold so they're gonna' have to strap one to his face.
