@beardalaxy sounds like a pretentious asshole. i let my tenant take his time to pay his rent, i think one time he couldn't pay it one month and then the month later he paid double to make it up for the missed month. i literally never charge my tenant extra fees, that sounds cruel

@ehhh it's because it's run by a business. they know that they can kick us out and quite literally immediately get somebody else to fill our spot who will pay more money.
