Schizo coworker talking about how a 3bed/3bath townhouse for $2700/month "isn't bad."

Dude... That was legitimately $1600-1800 four years ago. That is definitely bad. The market is in absolute shambles right now. I shouldn't have to pay $900 per month for a single person.
