Baest (probably) has until July 1, 2023 to implement "Reasonable age verification", close registrations permanently, or migrate to revolver.

@sjw @redneonglow just from a quick look it says it only applies to commercial entities, which it defines as being: "corporations, limited liability companies, partnerships, limited partnerships, sole proprietorships, or other legally recognized entities."

****I'M NOT A LAWYER****, but if bae.st doesn't fall under any of that I wouldn't think you would need to have age verification. I also don't know if bae.st is a legally recognized entity lol because then yeah you would have to.

It also only applies if the content that is harmful to minors is a "substantial portion" of the website, defined by it being 1/3 of all of the content on the site. I'm pretty sure bae.st has more than 1/3 NSFW though, just judging by local timeline lmao. If you got rid of half the bots maybe that would be different :pepeLaugh:
