Well that was nice! Spent literally 5 hours talking to the gal that's moving in, she seems super chill. When you can talk to someone for hours you've never met you know they're cool.

The other dude who is moving in I haven't met yet but apparently he identifies with "they/them" pronouns and he's pansexual. Man, with faggot month coming up I hope he's not fagging up anywhere but his room. It's only 6 months though, it'll be fine.
