@rlier23 @Matty @coolboymew if you have busted your knees, good luck lol. don't push yourself too hard otherwise it'll only make them worse. you need a lot of repetition but in short sets to help rehabilitate them, even if only a little bit.
there's no way i could do 60 squats in a row, my knees are too banged up from bursting bursas and contusions.
