but they’d work some 9-17, have an evening, sleep, and then get up at 1am to read a book while the fucking wife and children are asleep. then go sleep some hours later to get that proper 6-8 of rest

@menherahair @CentaurBreeder @lina @PonyPanda where tf did you get this from? That's not the durations of these at all. Biphasic for instance is usually 2x 3 hours or 4 hours. Not 5 hours and 30 minutes.
@menherahair @CentaurBreeder @lina @PonyPanda I typically do 5 or 6 hours and then a 1-2 hour, personally. Though there are times where I'll also do 2x 4 or 3 hours, just depending on how much sleep I'm actually able to get.
