The more obviously secure the elections, the fewer the disruptions due to doubts about election results. It literally doesn't even require him to have any doubts himself, he need only be aware of doubts and cite them as justification. There was even briefly a "Russian hackers" threat to worry about.
Or how about having some balls and suggesting that known, unrepentant, conveniently uncharged cocaine abusers should be persona non grata in DC, no matter if they're related to a supposedly elected official like the President?
No, he just whines that the media isn't fair, which it hasn't been for his entire life, and then gets back to his real passion of counting foreign dead.

Well you're right. It's the same reason liberals are upset about that perfectly fine anti trafficking movie (I haven't seen it); they don't want to address a real problem because they're afraid of giving an inch to their opponents.

We've had serious election equipment issues, but going forward any time they might be brought people on the left will think it's just Qanon loons. It's a general issue in politics.
