Cold war never really ended and their invasions of other countries also happen periodically, much like American ones. Nazi Germany kind of repented and they replaced the ideology with capitalist greed. Russia never admitted to their war crimes and kept destroying the world one country at a time. For example Vietnam and Korea were their making, now Ukraine
