@lamp it will depend on what you consider to be good enough. For my money, the best value are the M40X cans from Audio Technica. Baby brother of the M50X which are popular headphones for producers. A lot of people like/use the Sony MDR7506, they're old but gold. Meant for studio use so they don't exactly look pleasing.
The other factor is EQ. You can make a lot of headphones sound very close to how you prefer if you have access to EQ.
Personally, I won't settle for anything worse than what I have now (M40X).
