so the coof is going around again and, although i haven't tested for it, i wouldn't be surprised if i caught it. the last time i got sick was in 2021 with the coof and this time feels similar but definitely not as bad. i don't get sick often because i have a pretty good immune system (perhaps an overzealous one) but i've definitely been under the weather these past few days.

luckily i have the entire rest of the week off to just chill out and recover.
