welp, gained 18% potency in exchange for 150hp and 18pp.
now i'm at 118% potency instead of 100%, but there are people out there with >150% and i'm just like.... how? they must play the game more than an hour a day lol.
turns out i'm playing almost perfectly, my gear just isn't up to snuff. you have to make a borderline glass-canon character and then dodge everything perfectly.
