@ninja8tyu normally if it were a youtube kids issue, there would be a button that says "watch on youtube kids"
for some reason, uploading it from my phone disabled the comments setting
but it didn't from the last short i uploaded
so youtube genuinely is a shit platform not just in service, but in functionality
