have you guys seen this flux keyboard thing? it looks insanely cool. i'm not too sure how typing would actually feel on it, but i guess it can't be any worse than a laptop keyboard. the ability to display specific things like hotkeys is pretty nice and i like the modular add-ons.
the downside is that it's a whopping $450, definitely a luxury item but still really cool.
@LordFireCrotch yeah that's what i'm thinking. it'll be interesting to see if any of the keyboard youtubers get their hands on it and what they think of it.

@berkberkman you could maybe do clear keycaps and switches with some sort of pad on the bottom to work with a touch screen display. I feel like in order to DIY this it would end up being only a little less, and it wouldn't look nearly as clean.

Seems like it's going to be a small tablet with a shell over top of it.
Don't know if it's something I'd personally be into, I crave the ticka tacks of a mechanical, and I don't know how they'd pull that off with this design.
