@jeffcliff @Sprate if they're genuine, they can still get in with moderator approval. Worst case, there are other instances for people to sign up on. Pawoo needs to be a little bit locked down for now until their moderation can catch up. I assume they'll only let other Japanese users in, but meanwhile English users can go to a bunch of other servers.
