Got this stabbing pain behind the left ribs. Can't tell if it's lungs or just back muscle.

@Senator_Armstrong I get shit like this all the time and it goes away eventually. Just muscles or nerves being fucky. That's probably how I'll die though, thinking something will just go away on its own and then I collapse.
