@NotImportant I can't sleep unless I'm actually tired, unfortunately :P if I sleep before 12am it almost always ends up like this unless I've really had a jacked up day. it'd be nice to have a better sleep schedule but my brain disagrees with me on a lot of stuff so I kind of have to just figure it out sometimes. I have a mood disorder and that is primarily what screws my sleep up, my brain is pretty jank though so I wouldn't be surprised if my circadian rhythm was unusual or something too though. I work best when I don't worry about my sleep or when I wake up and just go with the flow but that's easier said than done especially when you have a job lol.
@NotImportant in situations like this I'll wake up 100% alert, whereas when I sleep with an alarm clock and wake up when it tells me to I'll usually be pretty groggy and sometimes bordering on having a seizure, which is why I don't shower in the morning. Even if I get 8 hours of sleep, or more. Fun beard facts.
