If you can find a potato, warm it up and hold it on your closed eye. I know it sounds crazy but I had an eye doctor tell me that years ago and it worked super well.
@beardalaxy Thanks for the advice, I bought some self heating eye masks and they work pretty well. It doesn't hurt as much now.
