inti creates apparently fucked up making online mode with megaman 9/10 and megaman universe, causing capcom to not want to really work with them anymore

and apparently might've been the reason might no. 9 sucked balls (working with an outdated engine, not being good at online mode, etc...)

aside from inafune's overambitious goals, seems like this timeline kinda sucks.
literally the biggest shame i never got to see much art of call because of how it flopped so hard...

i guess that i gotta make my own, as an artist...

i always tend to like obscure and forgotten things that no one else cares about...

...until everyone does, then normies come in and ruin it, and i'm not sure what's worse
...seems like the existing fanbase has an insecurity about the game's popularity and reception...

not that they're wrong, tlou2 was shit from what i've heard lmao
i also found another game around this time period i was into

below kryll, a now abandoned game (kinda, servers still up and the devs said 4 months ago that they'll announce if and when the servers will ever go down a long time in advance), which i used to play the demo version of after hearing a might no 9 remix in the game someone made when it was still hyped up about

https://invidious.varishangout.net/watch?v=hKSUDFnBmQo

seems like the guy who made that in the game has gone off to making original music on his channel, which is pretty good

but yeah...
goddamnit the amount of fucking porn if it blew up of this would've been amazing
i wanted to write, "ice brat" in jp, but "little shit on ice" is honestly more descriptive lmfao
who had in their bingo card the miniscule revival of the topic of mighty no 9 for 2024?

i ended up downloading it and playing it, and it's pretty fun

i didn't understand why there was overwhelming hate for it at the time, and playing it, it seems fun

@ninja8tyu when it came out, it ran like absolute dog shit. iirc. the wii u version in particular was in a HORRIBLE state. i think they may have like, not delivered on some kickstarter promises or something too. something along those lines.

@beardalaxy i did remember hearing about some of the other platforms running badly, and was one of the reasons i've heard caused the development time to be ungodly long -- multiplatform development

inafune was overly ambitious for sure, and honestly might've benefited from someone reigning him in a little bit

as for rewards, i'm not sure which one, because i feel like they eventually delivered on all of them
@beardalaxy decided to look into the "anime fan om prom night" schlick

it was the troons yet again
