I'm still too stupid about LINUX (I have I installed it on), BUT, I have a program from /g/ that controlls windows 10's evil to the most part. No updates to 11. No updating at all. Pretty sweet.
10 still sucks though.

A simple program to use is Windows10Debloater. A more complicated and more powerful, though more risky, program is WinAeroTweaker. Then there's TRON which is like all command line stuff and I'm too afraid to use it xD

Any time I install windows anywhere I always run debloater to get rid of stuff and disable telemetry. Make sure to go into your task scheduler too because there may be some extra telemetry in there from other programs you should disable. Some other nice stuff you can disable too, like why does Nvidia need to check on 4 different schedules for updates? Just change it to once a day or disable it completely.
