I use wallpaper engine, so the rain falls and the water moves and the plants sway! I didn't draw the picture, but I made the scene in wallpaper engine so anyone can grab it :) the credit for the artist is in the description, I can't remember off the top of my head. But you should be able to find this pretty easily just by searching for krystal.
