In other news, Wizards of the Coast has decided that you can no longer buy individual items on D&D Beyond. You used to be able to buy just one magic item from a book, or a bunch of enemies, or a specific subclass, etc. Now, you HAVE to buy the entire book, which locks out a lot of people from buying anything at all. Certainly, I do not want to spend $30 on a book full of shit I don't need just for one magic item I think is cool.

To make matters worse, you used to be able to buy the full book with a bit of a discount if you already had content from that book purchased. Now, the only way to do that is to contact customer support.

They updated the marketplace and totally bungled it. Only further pushing people towards other systems or homebrew. I wouldn't be surprised if they get rid of the homebrew section completely on the website within the next 2 years, knowing how things have been going at WotC in a downward spiral.
