how do i get youtube to stop recommending me videos in other languages with 5 views

@qwerty youtube's algo has been weird for the last little while, i get recommended videos with practically any views all the time. which can be good, i'm glad those get recommended, but within the past couple days i've been getting like russian and filipino recommendations for completely unrelated things.
