@gav @Terry @Some_German_Guy it's always baffled me how people will go like 3 months without updating their PC lol. there can be security risks involved. but like, do these people never turn their computers off? there is an option to install updates upon shutdown. that's always what i do.
plus, you'd think someone who was so angry about automatic updates would actually find a way to turn them off. because you can, and it's pretty easy, just not directly in the settings menu. you can even just receive security updates and not feature updates if that's what you want.
maybe this was way worse back in the win7 days, as it appears this dude is using (damn this is an old video, skype and fraps lmao). i don't really see people complaining about automatic updates anymore. i really only got into computers with windows 8.1 and it wasn't ever really a problem for me. the main issue i have is that fuckin action center and notifications, always the first things i get rid of on windows installs.
