Sugar generally doesn't get into politics, but this situation is being treated quite differently by news outlets.
Generally, left leaning sources are defending these actions, claiming it's not meant to be an allegory to the last supper, which frankly is insulting. The resemblance is plainly obvious, it's not just right wing nutjobs taking something innocent and building a totem around it.
I'm agnostic and I find it absurd.
